Clear Poly Sleeve with Adhesive Backing. Tamper evident. Clear Poly Sleeves have an adhesive back. Simply insert a CD/DVD into the opening in the back of the sleeve, remove the white paper backing, then attach the sleeve to practically any flat surface. Now the sleeve is tamper evident, and any attempt to remove the disc from the sleeve will become easily detected. Dimensions (with adhesive backing removed) are 5 1/8" width x 6" height.
