The Crespone coarse ground paste of selected and well-trimmed fresh pork is seasoned with pepper, garlic and wine. But that's just the beginning, imported from Europe, a natural casing gives our Crespone all its subtle flavor. Perfect alongside country bread and a no-nonsense wine or as a table-top cutting to go with salad, pasta, risotto or even baked potatoes.
