Excellent choice for Bonsai! Acer palmatum 'Ghost Dancer' is a new variety that seems to defy mother nature. The newly emerging leaves are white (almost completely white) with blood red tips. Then slowly changes to whitish pink with green midribs, then changes to more white and the green midribs are more pronounced. Constantly changing, this maple is awesome!!! Ghost Dancer is a must for the collector. 'Ghost Dancer' needs shade, it will burn if given too much sun. Place in dappled shade orno more than 2- 3 hours of sun in the morning with afternoon shade. Plant in well drained soil with high organic matter. Companion Plants: Goes well with 'Viridis' and 'Red Filigree Lace' Japanese Maples as well as Variegated Hakone Grass and Black Mondo Grass.
