This salon-grade product is great for occasional deep conditioning, or for daily use on extremely dry, damaged, or frizzy hair. For more intense conditioning, add a shower cap and dryer heat for 20-30 minutes, let cool naturally, then rinse in cold water. (Depending on hair length and thickness, adjust portion used to apply enough to be able to work conditioner through all layers of hair.)
