Donald O'Connor headlines the musical comedy Feudin', Fussin' and A-Fightin' (1948) with co-stars Marjorie Main and Percy Kilbride, of Ma and Pa Kettle fame. When hair tonic salesman Wilbur McMurty (O'Connor) gets caught up in a rivalry between two frontier towns, he finds himself coerced into being the front runner in their annual footrace. The results prove to be hilariously unpredictable and include some lively musical interludes featuring the songs "S'posin," "Me and My Shadow," and the title song.
