Glossy petals, orchid-like veining and a shade of ruby that would make Revlon green with envy; the blossoms of Ruby Star set an elevated standard. This newly developed amaryllis hybrid shows a clear star pattern in the center of each flower with kiwi to frosted white ribs accentuating pointed petals. Happily, this year we have much better stock levels than in the past.
