Palmarosa has a soft, sweet floral scent and is often diffused to freshen up and sanitize the air. Diffuse Palmarosa oil during times of seasonal illness. Add a drop of Palmarosa to your favorite skin moisturizer or body lotion for skin balancing and toning action. Add 2-3 drops of Palmarosa to a tablespoon of carrier oil and massage the abdomen in a clockwise motion to ease uncomfortable symptoms.
