The Rosewill ROCF-11003 is built to perform with a super silent 14cm fan which uses S-FLOW blades supplying 30% more airflow than a standard fan at the same speed. The greater performance combined with PWM automatic speed control allows the fan noise to be kept to a minimum. The super silent 14cm fan with S-FLOW blades delivers a maximum air flow of up to 89.55 CFM and static air pressure of 2.76 mm H2O for decent cooling performance. HDB (HYDRO-Dynamic Bearing) provides up to 50,000 hours lifespan and low noise level. Thanks to PWM automatic speed control, the noise level is kept at 12.5 -22.19 dB(A).
