JK Gourmet uses a whole-foods approach to product development. Our ingredients come from nature, not from a laboratory. Our mandate as a company is to develop delicious, nutritious products using natural whole foods that give consumers the healthiest alternative to their favorite breakfast and snack foods. Our products are naturally gluten-free by virtue of ingredients. We don't use processed foods like soy flakes, corn flakes, brown rice flakes - simply nuts, seeds and dried fruit. We sweeten our products with honey. This satisfies everyone's sweet tooth, without the use of chemicals or highly-processed refined sugars. Our products have no added fat, but they are not fat-free.
