Dried Mint is widely used in the eastern Mediterranean and Arab countries for cooking and for tea. Excellent with lentil and bean soups, lamb stews, and Moroccan Mint tea. HINT: Add a teaspoon of dried mint, fried in a little olive oil or clarified butter for a short time, and add to your Iranian or Turkish dishes before serving.
