2012 release, the second installment in this series that collects rare Electronic music from the late '70s and early '80s. Most often dark and arty, the 'Minimal Wave' scene was, like Punk, a DIY-based movement that inspired budding and accomplished musicians into creating something new and exciting with simple synthesizers and other pieces of electronic equipment. Imagination and atmosphere was in great supply even if high production value wasn't.
