If it's one thing I've learned through owning Jessicurl and meeting thousands of curlies, it's that even though we have many things in common, no two heads of curls are identical. Many curlies have fine hair that gets weighed down easily, but still need a curl enhancer to give them an added boost. Gelebration Spray is just that curl enhancer.
