These 6" tall executive quality liberty statues are beautiful. Wood base construction with satin finish. The base and lady are meticulously detailed with a green felt bottom. The height listed is from the top of the torch to the bottom of the wood base. The brown base is constructed of wood. The white base is constructed of thick plastic. And the green lady is constructed of a plastic/hard rubber mixture.
