Knitter's Pride Cubic's line is made from densified laminated rosewood, more costly and much harder than ebony or rosewood. Unlike other wooden needles, water absorption is negligible; as a result, there is no chance of warping. The Cubic line needles are measured diagonally and not across the square cross-section.
