This listing is for FOUR (4) tie down attachments. SPECIFICATIONS: The 3/16" diameter ring measures 1-1/4" wide x 1-1/2" long. The top cap is 3/32" thick. It measures 3/4" wide x 2-1/8" long, with 1/4" holes on 1-1/2" center. To obtain maximum strength it is recommended to install these d-rings with bolts, lock nuts, and fender washers (wide diameter). *WORKING LOAD LIMIT: The maximum load weight a tie-down should be subjected to during normal use. To assist in making the proper tie-down choice the Federal D.O.T. requires the W.L.L. to be 1/3 of the Rated Capacity.
