Directions : Mix 1 part of mole paste with 4 parts of turkey or chicken stock, fry slowly for 10 minutes, stirring frequently to avoid scorching and serve warm. Put your personal touch adding some stock, chilies, chocolate or spices. You can serve mole with chicken, turkey, pork or make enchiladas.
