Nature's Kiss Vetiver Essential Oil has a strong aroma that is smoky, earthy, woody and herbaceous with a bottom note. When it comes to vetiver's scent, there are some who dislike it and others who are deeply moved by it. If I were to try and capture the scent, I would describe it as being similar to walking through a forest, where all the foliage on the ground is damp. It is a scent that can awaken you and is excellent for meditation, or any other activity where concentration and connecting to your emotions is a must. Vetiver is often used for perfumery as it has excellent fixative properties. Alone there are some that dislike the scent of vetiver, but as the perfume industry has discovered, when blended and used as a fixative it can have an excellent aroma with great staying power.
