It has the Longer 3.125" / 80mm shaft, .187 connector tabs for the micro switches and is easily setup for 2, 4, or 8 way operation by. This longer Joystick is better suited for undermounting on wooden control panels based on the longer shaft. You get the Joystick, Ball (Color of your choice - Black, Red, Green, White or Pink), microswitches and restrictor plate.
