Scotch Tape 23 is a premium-grade, linered rubber splicing tape for primary electrical insulation through 69 kV. It tolerates temperatures up to 194 degrees F (90 degrees C) with an emergency overload up to 266 degrees F (130 degrees C). This 30-mil thick tape creates a tight moisture seal on cable and wire splices and terminations.
