These soda chargers are for making carbonation (bubbles) in water, juice, and alcoholic beverages. Though just a bit trickier than the whip cream chargers, they provide an easy and satisfying way to create seltzer water. One trick to success is to charge the water, agitate (shake gently) and let it sit in the refrigerator a couple of hours to achieve effervescence.
