The Ballistic SG Series Case offers three layers of protection. The first and outermost layer is made of soft TPU which will help absorb the shock of a drop. In addition, this first layer is co-molded onto layer number two, which is made of a touch impact resistant polycarbonate. Last but not least, the third layer, which is the inner-most layer, is made of a soft silicone. This layer also includes Ballistic corners, which means all four corners have extra shock absorption where you need it the most.
