HOW TO APPLY:
STEP 1: Pour 1 teaspoon of oil on a rag.
STEP 2: Pull out chain as much as possible.
STEP 3: With oiled rag, stroke chain back and forth until chain is oiled.
STEP 4: Use the rower for 1 minute to help disperse the oil on chain.
NOTE: We recommend oiling a rowing machine chain every 50 hours of use or 3 months (whichever comes first)
