Dorr, Nell. THE GOLDEN KEY. Bow, NH: Cellar Door Books, December 2007. 3rd edition. 7 1/2" x 5 1/2". This new distribution of Dorr's film was created by Cellar Door Books in December 2007. Dorr sold some copies of her motion picture about 1957. The Jenny Wren Press sold 500 videotape copies circa 1991. The new Cellar Door Books distribution originated in a remastering of the original film into a digital format and sold as a DVD. New matter in the Cellar Door Books production includes the dolls' wedding photographs by Verner Reed from Life magazine, an essay on the Dorr-Tudor collaboration by Wm John Hare, and an image of the anonymous poem The Key of the Kingdom from a 1928 printing. Run time 24 minutes plus static data. Amaray case with illustrated liner.
