Similar in flavor to Hickory Wood but a little milder,"nutty" flavor. This one enhances steak and other red meats. A nice addition with Apple if you want a bit stronger flavor. Till you've cooked a turkey with a Pecan/Apple blend, you haven't tasted great turkey.
