Trung Nguyen considers this their most artful blend of 3 species of beans and one varietal (Arabica, Robusta, Excelsa and Catimor). One of their strongest coffee blends, yet smooth and low in acid. Complex tones range from sweet to sour, with lingering impressions of chocolate and fruit. Many of our coffee shops use this as their base for Cafe Sua Da (traditional Vietnamese iced coffee brewed by the Phin filter) and hot coffee.
