Carol and her boyfriend Paul arrive in London and are met by Fiona, the widow of Carols recently deceased brother. Carol hates Fiona, as she believes Fiona is responsible for her brothers untimely death. Carol and Paul discover that Fiona belongs to a cult that did cause the death of her brother. Fiona seduces Paul and persuades him to join the cult in their autumnal Black Sabbath mass. Carol has been drugged, and in her dream-like state, she hears her brothers voice from the grave ordering her to flee away before it is too late. The drugs paralyze her, and she watches helplessly as the devil-worshipping cult prepares for the ceremony. She is raised above the altar to be sacrificed - and she suddenly regains full consciousness. She finds herself in the car with Paul enroute to Fionas home. Was it all a dream - or a deadly premonition?
