The Delta Education 025-2605 Primary Pan Balance is a durable plastic pan balance with stackable weights for grades K-6 to learn about the mass of objects, and has pans marked at 200mL increments that hold up to 1000mL (1 liter) and detach for ease of measuring and clean-up, and sliding compensator clips. The stackable weights come in three sizes and can be stored in the balance base. The balance measures 13 x 29 inches (H x W). (H is height, the vertical distance from the lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right.) Balances are used to determine the mass of an object by comparing it to the mass of a known object.
