I call this the 'pigtail' cuz they're built tuff. Hand crafted by a Union Ironworker. This holder swivels, yet is low enough in gravity to not allow sleever to 'spin out' while climbing around. Tunnel loop keeps it independent from spuds allowing choice of weight distribution on belt. Riveted to last.
