Truly Organic Cacao: Truly raw cacao from Earth Circle Organics is sustainably sourced from the food forests of Bali, Indonesia. Our raw organic cacao is never heated above 118 ºF. Because it is never cooked, our cacao retains all of its powerful natural minerals and enzymes and soaring levels of antioxidants that often get lost in commercial chocolates. After pressing and separating the oil, workers are left with a crumbly cacao ‘cake’ which is sifted to produce this exquisite cacao powder. With a smooth earthy flavor, our cacao powder makes an ideal ingredient in raw chocolate and smoothies. For the perfect cup of hot cocoa, mix in a large cup 2 teaspoons cacao powder, 2 teaspoons coconut palm sugar, and hot water. For an extra boost of nutrition and flavor add a pinch of Earth Circle Organics vanilla and a teaspoon of our maca powder.
