The FLEX CHANGE LETTERS are designed for changing copy by hand where a suction cup is not needed. FLEX CHANGE LETTERS are screened on a thin gauge high impact weather resistant plastic which can be "flexed" and inserted by hand. It stays where you put it. Won't blow out or slide from side to side.
These flex letters are not a replacement for rigid letters and will blow easily out of rigid sign track.
