ORIGINAL GANGSTAS (Larry Cohen, 1996): Marvin Bookman, a shop owner in Gary, Indiana sees a drive-by shooting by a local gang. After reporting the incident to the police, Marvin receives a visit from the gang who then rough him up. Tired of being bullied, Marvin teams up with his old friends and together they attempt to take back the streets.


SODA CRACKER (Fred Williamson, 1989): Soda Cracker is a tough Chicago cop whose partner is gunned down by a sniper. Soda's pursuit for vengeance takes him into Chicago's ruthless underground. The quest for the killer leads Soda right back to his own police department. He and a few loyal cops must take on hitmen, drug lords and corrupt cops in a bloody showdown. This film is also known as "The Kill Reflex".
