This GF Piping Systems schedule 80 PVC coupling has socket openings on both ends and is suitable for connecting two unthreaded pipes with the same diameter going in the same direction to extend a straight run. The socket ends connect to pipes with a smooth bore for enhanced flow. This coupling is made of gray PVC (polyvinyl chloride) for chemical and corrosion resistance, high strength, and less weight than fittings made from metal.
