The cutter seals the ribbon ends as it's cutting them, so you can avoid frayed threads hanging off your projects. And you decide what type of cut to make--straight, angled, or V-shaped. Follow the package directions to replace old, worn wire with the new wire. Package contains 2 wires. Now all your ribbon ends can be fray-free!
