The Dinosaur Electronics Thermistor Adjuster is designed for "fixed" temperature refrigerators that are not getting sufficiently cold. This Variable Thermistor Adjuster is connected in series between the "thermistor" and the "control board" to allow the user to adjust the temperature from "slightly" colder to "much" colder, assuming that the rest of the refrigerator is functioning properly. This device can only make the refrigerator run colder, it will not allow you to adjust to a warmer temperature.
