Fennel blood orange Tapenade is inspired by the cuisine of sicily, slowly caramelized fennel and red onions are combined with chopped kalamata olives and the bold favor of blood oranges. If you love artichokes, you’ll be hard pressed to enjoy something better than our Artichoke Parmesan Tapenade, which is a pairing of artichokes and their hearts, creamy parmesan cheese, and olive oil accented with onions, garlic, herbs and dots of roasted tomatoes.
