Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Extra Thick Rolled Oats are just that - whole grain oats rolled super thick for a wonderful chewy texture and gluten free tested. Our gluten free oats do not comingle with other grains and we test their purity in-house with an R5-ELISA gluten assay. Kiln-toasted, these oats make a satisfying and robust hot cereal. They're also a great addition to breads, oatmeal cookies, granolas, and homemade mueslis.
