This steam table pan is designed with a unique anti-jam design around the full perimeter of the pan that prevents the edges from being damaged. This feature is also present on the inside of the pans so that multiple pans can stack without jamming together while providing space between pans for ventilation, allowing pans to completely dry for proper sanitation. Made of 24-guage, 18/8 stainless steel material. The edges and corners are reinforced to resist bending. Available in 1/3-size. Comes with 6.4-quart capacity. NSF listed. Measures 12-3/4-inch length by 6-7/8-inch width by 6-inch depth.
