Lenny Bruce second album, The Sick Humour Of Lenny Bruce was recorded live at the Anns 440 Club in San Francisco in the spring of 1958, where Lenny held a multi-week residency. Since his unique brand of comedy often involved commentary on the happenings of the world at the time, the subject matter of some of the tracks might need investigation and careful attention. Yet Lenny displays a jazz musicians style of improvisation, resulting in a classic comedy album.
