Suitable for people of all sizes. Three sections telescope from 24.5 to 54 inches long. At only 9.5 ounces/pole these poles are among the lightest available. Superior ultralight 7075 aluminum, sweat absorbing and durable cork grips, tungsten tips, and vulcanized "extra life" rubber feet are some of the features that other sticks on the market do not match for the price. No antishock mechanism means that these poles are more stable, lighter, and less prone to fail than those that have antishock. (The supposed benefits of antishock are unfounded) These sticks compare favorably with other, more expensive brands.
