Plug and Play cable is designed for transmitting a VGA signal (Output) from your computer to S-Video or RCA signal jacks (Input) on your TV or video monitor.  Cable provides an easy way to display photos, home movies or presentation on older CRT televisions, projectors, and video monitors.  

Please Note:

• This adapter will not convert S-Video or Composite Video signal to VGA signal, cable is one directional
• Cable is not compatible with game systems of any kind and will not convert composite signal to RGB
• VGA cable can only carry video signal, no audio will be transmitted via cable
• Prior to purchase please check your Video Card manual or website to ensure the VGA Port has TV-Out function
• This is an adapter cable only, not a video signal converter
