The veneer hammer doesn't look quite right for delicate operations on thin veneer stock, but it works, and works well. To use this traditional cabinetmaker's tool hold the handle with one hand, place the other on the head, and guide, using the handle to move the 35/8" wide face across the veneer. The pressure and movement do a great job of pushing out both air and extra glue from beneath the surface. Overall hammer length is about 12".

  • Smooths veneer
  • Helps removes excess air and glue
  • Easy to use
