For 2001 vehicles, please make sure that your original remote was part number 15042968. There are 2 possible remotes for 2001 vehicles and they are not interchangeable. If your original remote was not part number 15042968 then this remote will not work for you.

This remote will include free do-it-yourself programming instructions. You need to have 1 working key that starts the vehicle in order to self-program new remote.
