Your 60 Minute Lean Business – Standardized Work is one book in the series of 60 Minutes Lean Business guides. The entire philosophy of Lean Manufacturing & Lean Business is built around the removal of waste from processes. I find it quite ironic in the Lean process itself the most waste can be found in the education material and learning systems of Lean. So I decided to remove much of the waste and focus on how to implement.
There are many books in the market to provide you with detailed background, case studies and mind numbing information if you want or need a highly detailed level of information, however if you want to quickly learn and implement a specific Lean tool, this series is for you.
