Ski training just got more fun with the SkiA Ski Trainer. The concept is simple, but the skills it trains are the key to great skiing. Each pack contains a pair of Trainers, and 4 sizes of balance blocks. Simply adjust them so that the balance blocks are centered under your ski boots (there's an index mark for this on every ski boot). Then balance on the blocks, keeping your toes and heels off the floor. The largest (green) blocks are designed to be quite easy, but it gets harder as the blocks get smaller. The blue and red blocks are each more difficult, and the smallest (black) blocks are an extreme challenge for the very best skiers.
