The kit inlcudes the AGT1 tester, pen probe, file, 9V alkaline battery, AC adapter all packed in a rubberized carry case that has built-in storage compartments. The only thing you would need to add is the AGT1 14K Yellow Gold Calibration Disc- there is a built in storage spot for that as well. The patented pen probe sets the standard for user-friendliness by eliminating dangerous acids, gels, and chemicals from the testing process altogether. Simply touch the pen probe to the specimen and an LED light indicates karat, platinum, or NA (not gold).
