The Hard Hat simply put is not certified- it's not a helmet, it is a hard hat. Hard Hats are designed for multiple lower impacts that often occur at lower speeds. The Watts Hard Hat DOES NOT meet the single Impact rating for CPSC, ASTM or EN 1078 standards. The Hard Hat model is not certified and uses an ABS shell lined with soft moisture wicking Brock Foam.
