These 4" cinnamon sticks are perfect for steeping in cider or grating into recipes to impart a rich cinnamon flavor. These sticks come from the species Cinnamomum burmanii (also known as cassia) and are cultivated in countries like Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand. This well-known spice comes from a type of evergreen tree. Try infusing into pudding or ice cream bases, stewed fruit, hot drinks and even stews made with meat or game.
