Inspired by the recipe created by the Swiss doctor Maximailian Bircher-Benner over 100 years ago, our gluten free muesli features Bob's Red Mill gluten free rolled oats with grains, seeds, and fruits for a nutritious, unprocessed, and tasty cereal. Muesli can be enjoyed hot or cold with many different twists: try soaking in yogurt overnight, pour cold milk over it, or heat it up like porridge. You can even eat it straight out of the bag for a chewy and snack on the go! Like all of our gluten free-labeled products, this product is processed in a dedicated gluten free facility and R5-ELISA tested to confirm its gluten free status.
