When Ji-heun, a single professional woman in her early thirties, suddenly loses her job and apartment, she turns to her friend Kyung-rin for a place to stay. Unlike Ji-heun, Kyung-rin is a devoted housewife and lives a socialite's life. Kyung-rin lives an easy and comfortable life until she meets Dong-ju, a colleague of her husband. A strong sexual tension arises between them which drives Kyung-rin into a vortex of infidelity and betrayal. Meanwhile, Ji-heun finds a confidante in Kyung-rin's husband, and the two slowly walk down their own path of adultery. Director Kwon Chil-in's fourth feature film explores the unexpected desires in today's urban landscape, where friendship and marriage are constantly tested by the hidden, yet readily available, temptations around every street corner.
