Classic Enfield SMLE series cotton webbing sling. This was the official issue sling for British and Commonwealth forces from World War 2 until the adoption of a replacement for the Enfield. It measures 42 1/2 inches long and 1 1/4 wide. Quality thick cotton webbing just look at the pictures and you will see it is not one on the cheap thin ones. Brass hardware.
